Women’s ministry worker

We’re thankful God has raised up Merryn Weaver to join the FOCUS staff team!

Our aim now is to raise support–so Merryn can be employed in part-time gospel ministry based at ADFA.

Merryn’s primary role will be leading women’s ministry at ADFA, which includes:

  • sharing the gospel with female students & equipping them for Christ centered lives in the ADF
  • mentoring female students 1-1 or in small groups
  • integrating female students into local church
  • assisting on camps & conferences

Support raising

To free Merryn up for 2.5 days a week, we need $36K per year.* When we hit 80% of our target, Merryn will start doing gospel ministry.

Just to be clear, now is the time for raising prayer and financial support. Merryn can only be employed & begin ministry amongst the women, when support levels reach at least $29K!

Many people reading this are already supporting our mission. We thank God for your support! We really do. Every bit keeps boots on ground, making Jesus known in the ADF.

We’d love for you to prayerfully consider a regular and/or one-off contribution to getting Merryn doing gospel ministry with FOCUS.

*Staff salaries are pegged to the salaries of AFES (Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students) ministry workers.
